If guides cancel bookings at any time, you will be refunded in full.
 Guides do not get paid until after the experience takes place, and we take reliability very seriously. While we understand that some emergency situations are inevitable, any guide who displays a pattern of canceling or not showing up will be removed from the Vayable site.
 The Vayable community support team will personally help you find a replacement guide in the case of guide cancelations.
