Good communication is key on Vayable — it’s important that insiders are actively responding to reservation requests they receive. (Even if they have to decline!) When we notice that an insider has not been answering travelers over a certain period of time, we’ll mark those experiences as hidden, and they will no longer appear in our publicly browsable listings.
