Vayable enables travelers to book experiences prior to departure, which allows guests to check reviews and ask questions beforehand. Once you embark on your adventure, you will already be well acquainted with one another!

We also provide a messaging system that allows you to communicate easily with one another. If a problem arises, the Vayable team has the documented communication to ensure that we can quickly resolve the issue.

All financial transactions go through our secure payment system. Vayable has partnered with accredited payment providers around the world to ensure security for both our guides and guests. We hold payment until 11 pm local time after the experience is completed to make sure that our guests are satisfied.

After an experience takes place, guests are encouraged to leave a review of their guide and their experience. Reviews allow guides to build up their reputation so that future travelers can be confident that they are in good hands.
